Our 1 Year Puppy Health Guarantee

The warranty period is one year, from date of purchase. This warranty covers against fatal and life altering congenital diseases.

This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers the dog’s movement and kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe, life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within the warranty period, the buyer must pay to have the animal autopsied to determine the reason of the death.

If the reason is found to be congenital, we will replace the puppy by other with similar characteristics but will not refund money. There is no cash refund of any kind, in full or partial. The replacement puppy will be of equal value.

The animal must exhibit the congenital defect under its warranty period and the seller must be notified of the problem within 3 business days by the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports from 2 unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem. A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in the bulldog breeds: Cherry Eye, Entropion, “Loose” Hips, Skin Allergies, Elongated Soft Palate, Non Descending Testicles and Collapsed Nostrils. Any kind of parasites, Elongated Soft Palate and Collapsed Nostrils. Any kind of parasites, bacteria, or viruses and sicknesses caused by them will not be covered under this warranty. These are also certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: Allergies, Dysfunction, Demodectic Mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover any type of breathing issues which is common on the breed. This includes Hypoplastic Trachea as well.

Vet Certified Dog Health Guarantee

The seller delivers to the buyer a healthy dog with no symptoms of infectious or contagious diseases.

The buyer declares that he has received the dog in this way. At the time of sale of the animal, one copy of the official certificate of veterinary inspection must be given to the buyer. The seller must retain one copy of the official certificate of veterinary inspection on record for at least 1 year after the date of sale. The term “official certificate of veterinary inspection” means a legible certificate of veterinary inspection signed by the examining veterinarian licensed that shows the age, sex, breed, color, and health record of the dog.

Warranty Conditions: The buyer must take the puppy to the Vet for a check up exam within the first 3 days after receiving it. In this first visit to the Vet the buyer must obtain a Health Certificate from the Vet. The Health Certificate must be sent to the seller for the health warranty to be effective. If something wrong is found in the puppy during this first Vet Checkup Exam the buyer must immediately contact the seller before starting any medical treatment. Depending on the problem found in the puppy the seller will authorized a medical treatment not exceeding US$300 or, if your choosing,we will replace the puppy. Unauthorized medical treatments will not be paid by the seller in any case. If this check is not within the first 3 days, the buyer accepts the first certificate as official.
